This makes me so sad. James Kim was a truly brave and resourceful man. He obviously loved his family so very much. I was really hoping for good news, a miracle but it wasn't to be. My heart goes out to his family, they have been through so much already.

Hey, it's been a while. I've enjoyed taking a little break but now I'm crawling back. I've missed you. I don't think I have that much to say though. Jeez.

P was a BEAST over the weekend. She's feeling more normal now (I think, I hope!). They practiced singing holiday songs at school yesterday (which she LOVES) but she balked when they wanted her to wear a santa hat. What's with the hat anyway? Aren't 3 and 4 year olds singing "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus" precious enough? G is teaching her to reply "No thank you, I'm an individual" when she's asked to do something like that again. I talked to her teachers about it and she's going to get to hold bells instead. Whew! We'll see how she does at the actual party.
